F.A.Q

Any individual or business entity who creates customised products can apply to become a Maker.

Note: Make My Apparel has the whole right to accept or reject any individual.

To register your new Maker account on Make My Apparel, simply click here. You will be asked to enter your email address and to create a password for your account.

You can sell any customized product or made to order products like t-shirts, mobile covers, fashion accessories, custom gifting products.

Make My Apparel’s Maker Platform is 100% free. No Joining Fee or Setup Fee. Make My Apparel will charge a small commission on sale of your products on our platform.

You can email your product with detailed description and images from your registered email id. Our team will contact you and review your product and if it is eligible, we will publish your product on the platform.

You can even create your own storefront with all your products at one place. To create your storefront, just login to your maker account and go to Storefront tab in your dashboard.
Here, you can enter details such as your store name, your logo and banner.

Customer Service regarding product’s customisation, quality and order related information is handled by the maker. Customers can directly contact the maker for any queries.

We provide Makers with a fully integrated shipping and logistics solution that could not be easier to manage.
Once you have shipped a customer’s product, you’ll use the Maker dashboard to download the invoice, mark that order as shipped and provide the order tracking information. Once marked as shipped, the customer will receive the tracking id via email or sms.

Make My Apparel will pay every 15 days using online transfer for all the orders which are fulfilled by the maker. We will hold some amount as reserves for returns, chargebacks, disputes, or other claims.
