Shipping and Delivery
Once the campaign is successful, products will be delivered within 7-14 working days after the campaign‘s last date. Each design has a different lead time and accordingly we will deliver the product within the given timeframe.
Shipping is absolutely FREE for all orders above ₹ 500 all over India.
For orders below Rs 500, we charge a minimal fee of ₹ 50 per order.
For Cash On Delivery, we charge ₹ 100 extra on total amount per order for handling cash payments
We are currently not accepting International orders.
Return/Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for return, it must satisfy certain conditions:
- Product is damaged or artwork on product is different from what you have ordered cannot be returned.
- Used or tampered product would not be taken back.
- Customers should return their product within 15 days after delivery.
- Products should be returned in the original packing without any tampering.
- Proof of purchase (original copy should be sent with the product).
- Refund of shipping/tax charges or any charge other than product cost is NOT applicable.
- You can choose our shipping agency which will collect the product from your home (Charges applicable) or you can self courier it to below given address. If self-couriered it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that returned courier arrives the below mentioned address within the 15 day time frame.
- We recommend choosing speed post as it is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Please email us at regarding the return of product before couriering it to our address.
Make My Apparel reserves the right to reject any Return Request if the above requirements are not met.
If the return request is rejected, the package will be sent back as is without any refunds.
Refund Policy
If you have met the above return policy conditions, we would transfer the amount in your Make My Apparel account Wallet within 1- 2 days after receiving the product.
Bank transfer fees and any other taxes would not be refunded.
For Cash On Delivery, we will refund the amount excluding COD charges.
Make My Apparel reserves the right to deduct any percentage of amount if we found that the returned product has been intentionally been tampered or has been used before return.
Shipping charges of Refunds
The shipping/courier charges of refunds would be credited in your wallet. The amount credited would be ₹ 50.
Courier refund rates are fixed and it will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

Cancel Order
You can cancel your order anytime before the campaign is successful.
Once a campaign ends and is successful, we are unable to cancel an order as the information has already been sent to the production department and the item will be shipped anyway. In this instance, you can return your item once you receive it for a full refund.
How to cancel order if the campaign is still active:
- Login with your account on our website
- Go to Accounts -> Orders
- Find your order number. Click on it
- Go below. There will be “Cancel” link for each of the campaigns part of this order.
- Press “Cancel” for the products you want to be removed from the product.
