To create your first Custom Audience, go to the ”Audience” section of the Facebook Power Editor or Ads Manager.In the Ads Manager, it’s under the Tools section. Select “Audiences.”
To create a new one by clicking the green “Create Audience” button. A popup window will open and ask you to pick which type of audience you’d like to create:
Click on Website Traffic to create a list of audiences who have visited your website or specific pages in the past.
Here you can add your campaigns url name and create a list of all those people who have visited your campaign page in the last 30 days.
You can further refine it by excluding certain section of people from your audience.
In the above image, you can create a list of people who visited your page but did not convert into buyers to retarget those people in future.
You can create this list by including your campaign url name in the included section and excluding confirmation url name in the exclude section.So, this list will exclude all successful buyers and will only include those people who visited your page but did not get converted into buyers.
You can save this audience to retarget in future.
A couple things worth mentioning:
Custom Audiences can take up to 36 hours to fully process.
Facebook doesn’t delivery ads to audiences of less than 20 people.
